RETURNS & REFUNDS

RETURNS

Our return policy lasts 30 days after delivery. If more than 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or other proof of purchase.

In certain situations, only a partial refund may be granted, including an item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

REFUNDS

Once your return has been received and reviewed, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. The time required for the credit to appear may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you have not received an expected refund, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company or other payment provider. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often processing time before a refund is posted.

SALE ITEMS

Sale items are refunded based on the price actually paid for the item.

EXCHANGES

We replace items when they are defective or damaged.

If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us through our Contact page.

GIFTS

If an item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive gift credit for the value of the returned item. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate or equivalent store credit will be issued to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves before giving it to you, any applicable refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

RETURN SHIPPING

Please contact us through our Contact page before returning any item. We will provide the correct return instructions and return address for your order.

Some items may be fulfilled from a Partner Warehouse and may need to be returned directly to that warehouse rather than to Speedy Christian Gifts. Please do not mail a Partner Warehouse item to another return address unless we specifically instruct you to do so.

Some Partner Warehouse items may have specific return terms established for that product or supplying warehouse. Where different terms apply, Speedy Christian Gifts will advise you as part of the return process.

If a Partner Warehouse is unable to accept or complete a requested return, Speedy Christian Gifts will review the return before it is closed and will advise you regarding the next step.

Depending on where you live, the time required for an exchanged product to reach you may vary.
